An accomplished Electrical Engineer with an M.Tech in Renewable Energy Engineering & Management, he brings deep expertise in solar energy, electrical infrastructure, and EV charging systems. His strong techno-commercial understanding, combined with hands-on project execution capability, enables him to lead complex engineering initiatives with precision and efficiency.

As Director, he leads ATIES’s expansion in renewable energy and EV infrastructure, managing government tenders, project design, and strategic client relationships. His experience includes the Nagpur Metro Rail 504 kWp Solar Project and large-scale international solar projects , reflecting both domestic and global execution expertise.

With an MBA in Marketing & Strategy, she plays a key role in driving business development, managing client engagements, and ensuring seamless coordination across projects and teams.

Her expertise across tendering, trading, and manufacturing sectors enables her to build strong, long-term partnerships in a competitive industry landscape. Known for her structured approach to operations, documentation, and compliance, Arpita ensures that every project is executed with professionalism, accountability, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
